After receiving your order, within 5 to 7 days, we’ll email a private link to approve your digital proof. (A sample of what your Me Art will look like.) At this time, you can request a modification (color, font or layout). Your first modification is complimentary, additional changes will be charged a $15 design change fee. After you approve the digital proof, we will then continue to create your Me Art. It should be ready to be shipped within 10-14 days. If you decide to change the photo submitted, style, or design after completion of the digital proof, you will be charged an additional design fee of $75.

A design fee of $75 will be discounted for any additional prints of the same Me Art.

You may cancel you order prior to our beginning the design process for a full refund. Cancellations or changes to the style and the design after we have begun the design process will be charged $75 to cover design fees. To find out if the design process has been started, please check your account page online or email your order number to create@meart.com. We will email you back information regarding the status of your order.

You may not cancel your order after approving the digital proof, due to the customization of each Me Art.

We want you to absolutely love your Me Art. If for any reason you are not Completely satisfied with your digital proof, you can request a modification at create@meart.com. Your first change to the digital proof is complimentary. Additional changes, other than design or style, to the proof will be charged $15 per modification.
